Turkish Coffee

Turkish coffee (Turkish: Türk kahvesi) is a method of preparing unfiltered coffee.Roasted and then finely ground coffee beans are simmered (not boiled) in a pot (cezve), optionally with sugar, and served in a cup where the grounds are allowed to settle.

Decaf is short for decaffeinated coffee. It is coffee from coffee beans that have had at least 97% of their caffeine removed. There are many ways to remove caffeine from coffee beans. Most of them include water, organic solvents or carbon dioxide.
